Basics of Workforce Insights Analytics

Discover the capabilities of Workforce Insights, the comprehensive analytics suite of Haiilo Advocacy. It empowers you to delve deep into your program's data with ease. 

With customizable filters in the dashboards, you can quickly find the insights you need. Plus, set up set up alerts to stay informed about any changes in your data, ensuring you never miss a critical update.

To access Workforce Insights, select Analytics > Workforce Insights in the navigation bar.

The data in Workforce Insights is updated every six hours, occurring four times a day at approximately 0, 6, 12, and 18 UTC.

Dashboards

Workforce Insights offers four dashboards. Each dashboard presents key metrics in various widgets for easy viewing and analysis.

  • Internal Engagement: This dashboard focuses on internal analytics. It provides data on reads, published posts, and the number of content contributors on your Haiilo platform. Learn more in this article:
  • Advocacy: This dashboard focuses on external analytics. It provides a detailed look at shares to social media, clicks and reactions on shares, and the potential social media reach of shared posts. Learn more in this article:
  • Posts: This dashboard shows detailed information on individual posts on your platform. It includes any post that was read, shared, clicked, or reacted to in the timeframe. Learn more in this article:
  • Users: This dashboard shows detailed information on individual users and their activities on your platform. The list includes any user who has read, shared, or received clicks or reactions on shared posts in the timeframe. Learn more in this article:

Select the "i" icon in the top-right corner of each widget to view a description of the data you are currently observing. Furthermore, any widget displaying the    icon can be clicked to explore the data in greater detail.
