You can easily share content from Haiilo to any location by selecting the Direct or Generic icon under a post. You can share a Link or an Article post via a direct link. To share, Generic sharing needs to be activated for your platform.
No points are awarded for sharing direct links. While clicks can be tracked on the direct link, reactions and reach are not counted.
Share via direct link
- Find a post you want to share.
- Select the Direct link icon
under the post.
- Copy the link that displays. If the post creator has provided a sharing message, it will be copied alongside the link.
- Open the location where you want to share, paste the link, and create the post.
Use cases for direct link sharing
You can use a direct link when you want to share content in places where native sharing isn't available. Common use cases include:
- Social media networks that Haiilo doesn't natively support
- Sharing a post in an email or newsletter
- Sending a post via private or direct messages (for example, chat tools or messengers)
