Haiilo's Users Analytics shows detailed and individual information on the activities of your active and engaging users. From the Users Analytics, you can, for example, see which user has shared the most or received the most clicks and reactions on their external shares.
You can access Users Analytics from Analytics > Posts & Users > Users. The Users Analytics has three sections: Overview, Shares & Clicks, and Social Reactions. We'll discuss the information displayed in each section below.
Basics of Users Analytics
The Users Analytics shows a list of all users that have been active and engaging on your platform in the selected time period. Engagement includes actions such as shares, reads, and received clicks and reactions. Creating a post on the platform is not counted as engagement in the Users Analytics.
In the table, you can see:
- Profile images and names of users in your Haiilo platform, group, or channel
- Performance metrics per user (shares, clicks, reactions, etc.)
You can manually sort it by any column in ascending or descending order. To return to the default sorting, simply refresh the page.
By default, you can view up to 10 rows per page. You can change the number of rows displayed or visit the next page to see more results.
If a specific user doesn't appear on the list, it means that they either didn't engage with any content during the selected time period or have been deleted. Deleted users aren't included in the list, even if they were engaging with content before being deleted.
To explore the metrics for a specific user in greater detail, right-click on the title and select Drill > Post Title. This will open a view displaying a list of posts that the user engaged with.
Overview section
On the Overview tab, you can see the overall data of the users who have been engaging. This allows you to find out your most active users, such as anyone who has received a lot of clicks on their shares or has been actively sharing content from the platform.
Shares & Clicks section
The Shares & Clicks tab displays the number of shares and clicks generated on different social networks by user. The table includes data only for the social networks where shares and clicks are tracked.
This tab only displays the users that were sharing during the selected time period and clicks on their shares. Since clicks are associated with their respective shares, any new clicks will only be counted for the period in which the share occurred.
You can analyze this data to discover where your users are sharing the most and on which networks they are receiving the highest number of clicks.
Social Reactions section
The Social Reactions tab displays the number of reactions and comments that users' shares have received on social networks in the selected time period. Similar to the Shares & Clicks tab, this tab only displays the users that were sharing during the selected time period and reactions on their shares.
Social reactions are only calculated for shares to LinkedIn and X.
Export table to CSV
