Posts Analytics

Haiilo's Posts Analytics shows detailed and individual information on posts in your platform and the activities of your users. From the Posts Analytics, you can, for example, see if there are specific posts that have been shared more than others from your Haiilo platform or which user has received the most clicks on their external shares.

You can access Posts Analytics from Analytics > Posts & Users. The Users Analytics has three sections: Overview, Shares & Clicks, and Social Reactions.

Basics of Posts Analytics

The Posts Analytics feature provides a table of all posts that have received engagement on your platform during the selected time period. Engagement includes actions such as shares, reads, and received clicks and reactions.

In the table, you can see:

  • Images and titles of posts in your Haiilo platform, group, or channel
  • Performance metrics per post (shares, clicks, reactions, etc.)

The table is sorted by a post's original creation date by default, but you can manually sort it in ascending or descending order by any column. To return to the default sorting, simply refresh the page.

By default, you can view up to 10 rows per page. You can change the number of rows displayed or visit the next page to see more results.

If a specific post doesn't appear on the table, it means that the post didn't receive any engagement during the selected time period or has been deleted. Deleted posts are not included in the table, even if they were engaged with before being deleted.

To explore the metrics for a specific post in greater detail, right-click on the title and select Drill > Name. This will open a view displaying a list of users who engaged with the post. For example, if you want to find out which of your users received the most clicks on their share of a particular post, you can obtain that information in this view.

Overview section

On the Overview tab, you can see overall data for the posts that have received any engagement. This enables you to find your most popular posts. Has a particular video post received more shares than a link post? Analyze your data and your content to figure out what resonates with your users and their networks.

You can select the title to view the corresponding post in the feed. You will only see a post in the feed if you are subscribed to the channel where it was originally published and if it is still active on the published feed. If you encounter an empty feed, it may indicate that the post was published in a channel you are not subscribed to or that it has been archived.

Shares & Clicks section

The Shares & Clicks tab displays the number of shares and clicks generated on different social networks by post. The table includes data only for the social networks where shares and clicks are tracked.

This tab only displays the posts that were shared during the selected time period and clicks on those shares. Since clicks are associated with their respective shares, any new clicks will only be counted for the period in which the share occurred.

Social Reactions section

The Social Reactions tab displays the number of reactions and comments that shares have received on social networks in the selected time period. Similar to the Shares & Clicks tab, this tab only displays the posts that were shared during the selected time period and reactions on those shares.

Social reactions are only calculated for shares to LinkedIn and X.
