As part of Haiilo's user guidance solution, the platform sends automated email reminders to encourage users to share content. These reminders cannot be customized; their content is fixed.

How the emails work

Users receive a reminder email every 14-15 days if they haven't completed a share. If the user shares, they won't get another reminder until at least 14 days have passed since their last share. Users who remain active and share regularly won't receive any emails.

Users can opt out of these emails by unsubscribing.
