In Posts Analytics, you can explore the metrics for a particular post, broken down by the different sharing messages people used when sharing it. This allows you to understand which of your sharing messages are resonating the most with audiences on social media.
You can drill down by sharing message on all subtabs of the Posts Analytics dashboard: Overview, Shares and clicks, Social reactions.

View metrics by sharing message
In the drilldown view, you'll find individual rows for your sharing messages. You might be able to see any of these options:
- Predefined messages: A predefined sharing message is a message that the post creator adds when creating a post and that stays the same when a user shares it. Basically, these are the sharing messages written by your admins that users use directly without editing. Each row displays the first 30 characters of the corresponding sharing message.
- Custom: All customized sharing messages are grouped under "Custom". This means any message a user has written themselves or if they've edited a predefined message.
- N/A: All shares that didn't include a sharing message are grouped under "N/A".
