You can cancel a Smart Share or a scheduled share by visiting the View My Insights section on the platform.
You cannot change the date or time of a scheduled share. Instead, you need to cancel the share and then find the original post to reschedule it. Revisiting the original post lets you to make updates or adjustments to your sharing message, which can enhance the content you're sharing.
You cannot revert or delete a share that has already been published on social media from within Haiilo Advocacy.
Cancel a scheduled share or Smart Share
- Select View My Insights in the My Influencer Score box on the homepage.
- Next to Show only, select Scheduled to view the list of scheduled shares.
- Select Remove next to the share you want to cancel.
