Approving or rejecting a content collaboration

Once an admin creates a post on behalf content collaboration, the Content Owner must approve or reject it before it becomes active. Once approved, the Content Writers will be notified via email that they can begin creating or sharing content on behalf of the Content Owner.

You can only approve an entire collaboration rather than individual Content Writers. If you wish to reject a specific Content Writer within a collaboration but accept another, you must reject the entire collaboration. Afterward, you can request a Company Admin to revise the collaboration to exclude the Content Writer you wanted to reject.
