To share on behalf of another user, you must first establish a content collaboration with that user. Learn more in Creating content collaborations. After your collaboration is established, you can share a post on behalf of another user.
Share a post on behalf
- Find a post to share
- Select the LinkedIn or X sharing icon under the post
- Select Share as content writer
- Select a Content Owner from the list
- Continue sharing the post as usual
On their respective View my Insights pages, the Content Writer and Content Owner can see Post on behalf shares and cancel scheduled or smart shares.
For sharing on behalf to work successfully, both the Content Owner and the Content Writer must connect their social media accounts to Haiilo. The sharing process requires validation through the Content Writer's social account before being shared on the Content Owner's account.
