A Company Admin can activate social insights features on their platform from Administration > Settings > Social insights. These settings are valid for the whole platform.
If you cannot see this menu item in your company settings, reach out to your Customer Success Manager from Haiilo for assistance.
LinkedIn engager lists
The Engager list feature allows users to export a CSV list of names of people who interacted with their shared posts on LinkedIn.
- Toggle Allow fetching engagement lists from LinkedIn.
- Select Save.
Once the feature is activated, users can export the list from their View My Insights page. Additionally, posts in the feed include a icon that takes users directly to the export view. A Company Admin can export the list of engagers for all users on their platform. Learn more in the View My Insights page article.
