View sent, scheduled, and referral invites

Company and Group Admins can view information on the invites that have been or are scheduled to be sent for the platform.

Sent invites

You can see all of the sent invites under Administration > Users > Advanced invites > Sent invitations. The user's information (email and inviter), status, and teams are displayed. Once an invitation has been accepted, it no longer shows in the sent invites.

You can see the date an invite was sent, the date the reminder invite will be sent, and whether it has already been sent. You can also send another reminder invite from here.

Additionally, you can cancel an invitation. Canceling an invitation renders the link in the sent email invites invalid, and if the user clicks the link, they will receive an error.

Scheduled invites

You can see all of the scheduled invites under Administration > Users > Advanced invites > Scheduled invitations. The user's information (email and inviter), status, and teams are displayed.

You can view the scheduled date for the invite and choose to send it immediately instead of waiting for the original date and time.

Additionally, you can cancel an invitation. Canceling an invitation will stop it from sending.

Referral invites

If your platform allows users to invite other users, these invites are called referral invites. You can determine whether users are allowed to invite other users in the Invitations & Registration settings.

You can see all of the referral invites under Administration > Users > Referral invites. The user's information (email and inviter) and status are displayed. Once a referral invitation has been accepted, it no longer shows in the referral invites.
