What should I do if I receive an error in Haiilo?

Errors such as 400, 401, or 500 can sometimes occur in Haiilo when something isn't functioning correctly. These issues are often caused by the browser cache affecting the platform's performance. The simplest way to resolve this is to clear your browser's cache.

The process for clearing the cache varies depending on the browser and operating system you are using. This guide will walk you through the steps to clear the cache for the most common browsers.

When you reach out to Haiilo about an error message, we usually recommend clearing your cache first. This step helps determine whether the cache is causing the issue before we investigate further. To ensure a more efficient process, it's a good idea to complete this step before contacting us.
