If you encounter one of the following errors while uploading an image to a post, the most likely cause is the file name:

• TypeError: Type Error
• TypeError: Failed to execute 'setRequestHeader' on 'XMLHttpRequest': String contains non ISO-8859-1 code point.

Haiilo does not accept image files with special characters or characters from non-Latin alphabets in the file name. We recommend checking your image's file name to ensure it contains only supported characters. Avoid using unsupported symbols, such as € or ä. If necessary, edit the file name to consist of standard English words, then try uploading the image again.
