A social account can only be linked to one Haiilo account at a time. If you encounter an error when trying to connect your social account, indicating that it is already linked to another account, you will need to identify where that connection exists and disconnect it from that account.
For example, if you previously had a Haiilo account with a different company or maintained a test account within your current platform, and your social account was connected to it, you must either disconnect the social connection from the other account or delete that account altogether.
