Using Resources

Resources are where you can store any internal information or materials that you consider relevant for your users. A resource can contain a lot of written information, including hyperlinks leading to outside sources. Resources are also available on the mobile app. As an admin, you can create new resources for your group under the Resources tab.

Resources are created on a group level, meaning different groups can have different resources. By default, users can only see the resources belonging to their own group. However, admins can activate a setting in Administration > Settings > Resources to allow users to view resources across all groups.

Create a page resource

  1. Go to the Resources.
  2. Select New Resource.
  3. Enter a title and a body for your resource.
  4. Upload an image to accompany your resource. The image is displayed in a 16:9 ratio.
  5. Select Publish to create your resource.

You can immediately see your newly created resource in the group it was created in. Resources are always shown in alphabetical order according to their title.

You can edit or delete a resource by selecting the three dots next to the title followed by the intended action.
