With a Haiilo access token, you can set up SCIM or access Haiilo's API. Just follow the steps below to generate your access token in Haiilo!

To be able to generate an access token, your platform must have the access token feature enabled. If you cannot see the option, please reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.

Keep in mind that an access token is always tied to the user's account that creates it, so if that user is deleted, the access token will no longer be valid.

Generate a token

1. Open the user drop-down menu and select Settings.
2. Select Access tokens in the menu.
3. Select Create new access token.
4. Give your access token a name. The name can be anything, but it might be helpful if you choose a descriptive name that tells you what the token is being used for. You can, for example, name it "API" or "SCIM".
5. Select Save.

After creation, copy the access token and use it as intended.
