Haiilo Advocacy's integration with Microsoft Teams allows users to access their personal Haiilo feeds, including shareable content, right within Teams. Users can share content easily by selecting the social media icons located under each post. This action will open the Haiilo platform in a new browser window, where they can complete the sharing process.

If users are using Teams on their mobile devices, selecting a sharing icon will launch the Haiilo Share mobile app.

Set up the integration

1. Select Apps and search for Smarp.
   • The app uses an old name, but don't worry, it's still a part of Haiilo 😉)
2. Select the app to open the description page.
3. Select Add.
4. Enter your platform's subdomain and select Proceed to your feed.
   • You can find the subdomain for your platform by looking at the URL you use to access it. For example, in acme.smarpshare.com, acme is the subdomain. 
5. Select Log in to open your platform's login page. Log in with your credentials as you do when accessing the platform in a browser or on the mobile app.
6. After having successfully logged in, your Haiilo feed will load in Teams.

If you ever want to stop using the Haiilo feed in Teams, go to Settings and select Log out.
