With a feed from Haiilo, you can export public content to platforms like Facebook Workplace or Viva Engage. You can choose which channel(s) to export the content from.

Exporting content requires the Content Booster paid add-on. If you want to acquire the add-on, please contact your Haiilo Account Manager for assistance.

Available options

There are three options for creating a feed. Each option presents Haiilo's posts in a different format:

• Option 1:
  • Only exports Link posts.
  • Links to the original source URL used in the link post. For example, if you create a Link post with the URL https://haiilo.com/blog, users clicking on the post in the export feed will be taken to Haiilo blog, not to your platform.
• Option 2:
  • Exports Link, Article, Image, and Video posts, but doesn't include the posts' images.
  • Links to the post preview on Haiilo. This means a user who clicks on the post on the export feed is taken to your platform. If they are not logged in, they will be prompted to log in before they can see the post.
• Option 3:
  • Exports Link, Article, Image, and Video posts and includes the posts' images.
  • Links to the post preview on Haiilo. This means a user who clicks on the post on the export feed is taken to your platform. If they are not logged in, they will be prompted to log in before they can see the post.

All feed options enable you to select one or more channels to export content from. Your Customer Success Manager can provide further instructions on building the feed.

Once your feed is finished, copy it and embed it in the desired location. If you need help with embedding into your company's tools, please contact your IT department.
