Understanding the user queue

When all the seats on your platform are filled, any new users invited or those who register for an account will be placed in a queue. As an admin, you can access this queue under Administration > Users. If you do not see the queue option, it means there are currently no users waiting.

Understand the queue

The queue displays a list of individuals waiting for a seat to become available so they can create their accounts and access your platform. The order in which users appear on the list is determined by when the invitation was sent or when they registered.

As an admin, you can prioritize the queue by dragging and dropping user rows from the sidebar, allowing you to decide who receives a seat first.

When someone joins the queue, they will see a message confirming they are in the queue. When a seat becomes available, the person at the top of the list will receive an email prompting them to create their account.
