Users menu

As a Company or Group Admin in Haiilo, you have access to the Users menu, where you can see your users' information and take actions related to them.

For information on the other sub-tabs, see the corresponding articles: Invite people to Haiilo, Teams, and User Queue.

Understand the Users list

This is the main tab where you can see all the users in your domain or group in a list. You can see a user's:

  • First and last name: Based on your platform's provisioning setup, a user's names are either set by the user when they log in for the first time or mapped via SAML or SCIM.
  • Email address: A user's email. The email is always unique and is the main identifier for an account in Haiilo.
  • Group: Based on your platform's provisioning setup, a user's group is either selected by the admin that invites them, by the user themselves when they join, or via SCIM.
  • Role: In the Users list, a role is only visible if the user is a Company Admin or Group Admin.
    • To check if a user is a Channel Manager or Channel Analyst, open the Edit user view.
  • Points: A user's lifetime points that they've acquired on the platform.
  • Teams: The teams the user belongs to.
  • Last active timeThe last time the user completed an activity that refreshed their Haiilo session. Activities that affect this time are:
    • A user logs into the platform
    • A user opens the mobile app (after it has been closed or pushed to the background)
    • A user opens an email from Haiilo
    • A user refreshes their browser window for Haiilo
