If your platform allows you to log in with Haiilo credentials, but you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset link to regain access to your account.

Reset your password

1. Select Forgot your password on the login page.
2. Enter the email address for your account.
3. Select Get Reset Link.
4. Go to your inbox and wait for an email from Haiilo.
   • If you don't receive an email, this can indicate you don't have an account on the platform.
5. In the email, select Reset password.
6. Enter a new password for your account. The password should be at least 10 characters long, and strong, as per Haiilo's rules. Passwords cannot contain any of the following:
   • Any part of the user’s email address (name@domain.com)
   • The words "Haiilo" or "Smarp”
   • Your company's name
   • Your company's subdomain (that is, the acme in acme.smarpshare.com)
7. Save your new password.

After you reset your password, you can use it alongside your email address to log in to the platform.
