If your company domain allows you to log in with Haiilo credentials, you can reset the password for your account yourself by clicking the Forgot your password-button on your company login page.

In the provided field, please enter the email address with which you have a Haiilo account and click "Get Reset Link".

If we locate an active Haiilo account associated with your email address, we will send you an email with instructions on resetting your password. Click the "Reset password" button in the email to open a window where you can set a new password and access your Haiilo account.

A password in Haiilo should be at least 10 characters long and strong, as per Haiilo's rules. Passwords cannot contain any of the following:

• any part of the user’s email address (name@domain.com)
• the words "Haiilo" or "Smarp”
• your company’s name
• your company’s subdomain (i.e., the example in example.smarpshare.com)
