Haiilo offers several login options, and the ones you can use will depend on your company's access strategy.
This article provides information on how to log in with each available option. Please refer to the specific login options that your company utilizes to access your account.
Log in with Single Sign-On
If your company has activated Single Sign-On (SSO) for the platform, you can log in using your company credentials. You can identify that your platform uses SSO by a Login with Single Sign-On button on the login screen.
Click the button to go to your company's login page, where you can enter the credentials you use to access your company's resources and assets. After successfully logging in, you will be redirected back to your Haiilo platform.
Log in with Haiilo credentials
If your company uses local login, you can access your account using the email address associated with it and the password you created for Haiilo when you set up your account. You can identify local login for your platform by the Email and Password fields, as seen in the below screenshot.

Log in with social network credentials
Most platforms also offer the option of logging in with the credentials of a connected social network account. The options are LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
To log in with your social network account, select the corresponding social network option and enter your social network email and password.
You can only log in with your social network credentials after you have connected your social account to your Haiilo account on the platform. Therefore, you must first access the platform using a different login option in order to connect your social account and use this login method.
Log in with a login link
In some cases, you might see an option to request a login link to enter the platform. You can request a link using the email address of your account and a one-time link will be sent to that email.
If you don't receive a login link, it means you do not have an account within the platform.
