Campaigns serve as tags for posts within your platform, allowing you to categorize posts based on specific campaigns or types. By filtering the Analytics by campaign, you can assess user engagement with each campaign and gather valuable insights.
Create a campaign
Only a Company Admin can manage campaigns.
- Go to Administration > Settings > Post settings.
- Select + Add new campaign. A new empty campaign box will appear. A campaign's color is chosen randomly and cannot be changed.
- Give your campaign a name. To add more campaigns, press Enter on your keyboard to add a new box.
- Select Save to save your newly created campaign(s).
After saving, you can select the campaign when creating posts on the platform.
Edit and delete a campaign
Campaign names can be changed after they have been created. To do this, simply select the campaign name and type in the new one. If you edit a campaign, all posts that were previously tagged with the old campaign name will automatically be updated to reflect the new name. Additionally, this means that the analytics will still include data from the old campaign tag under the new name.
To delete a campaign that you no longer need, click the X icon located at the far right of the campaign name. Please note that once a campaign is deleted, it cannot be filtered in the analytics, and all associated analytics data will be lost.
